SHIPPING & RETURNS
All of our swimsuits are sent from Sydney, NSW Australia, via Australia Post with tracking and insurance.
We offer a flat shipping rate of $10.95 standard post to any location in Australia (with tracking).
Please note the anticipated delivery time is 7-10 days.
If you order over $149 we offer free standard shipping.
Anticipated delivery time 7-10 business days (domestic orders).
We also ship internationally to USA, New Zealand and the UK. We offer 2 shipping options for international which you can select at the checkout. Prices start from $AUD17.00 for economy. Economy shipping is the most cost effective option however it does not have tracking. Our standard shipping does have tracking with faster delivery times. Please note that all prices are in $AUD.
All prices are in Australian Dollars. The prices mentioned on this site do not include the relevant overseas duties and other customs charges you may incur. Most countries will charge import duties and taxes on top of the price we charge you – THESE MUST BE PAID BY THE RECIPIENT. Beach Goddess Designs is not responsible for any of these charges. We highly recommend that before you order from us that you get an estimate of any potential charges before ordering (we advise contacting your local customs office). Beach Goddess Designs must also comply with Australian export regulations and declare the full value of all items that we are shipping as well as marking these as dutiable merchandise.
Very Important - Orders placed using a credit card with an international billing address will go through a process of fraud verification, if there is a problem with processing we will let you know. It is important that all international orders have the same billing and shipping address. We also accept payment via Paypal.
RETURNS AND REFUND POLICY
Due to Beach Goddess Designs' strict hygiene policy, no swimsuit will be accepted for return if the original tags, packaging and hygiene protector label/sticker is not completely intact or shows signs that it has been removed and re-applied.
All items are carefully inspected prior to being sent out. In the unlikely event that an item finds its way to a customer with any kind of quality issue, please send the suit back to us and once approved, your refund will be processed. Please allow 3-5 business days for this process to occur.
Any person wanting to return an item that is faulty needs to contact us within 7 days from the date the order has been received. After this time no returns will be accepted. Customers will be required to download and complete a returns/refund form.
It is the responsibility of the customer to pay for the return shipping costs (this includes international customers). It is highly recommended that customers purchase tracking and insurance when returning items.
Please note that all items will be assessed on a case by case basis, with refunds or returns accepted at Beach Goddess Designs' discretion.
For exchange on an item, we offer a 28 day return policy.
Please note that sale or clearance items cannot be returned.
To exchange an item please email us first to let us know so that we can send you an exchange form. Please note that it will be the responsibility of the customer to pay for the return shipping cost, if you are an Australian customer we will then send the exchanged items back to you for free. Unfortunately we are not able to offer free return postage to international customers, this will be at the customers cost so please choose carefully. All of our sizes are Australian sizes so please use our size guide to determine the best fit for you.
